Please arrive between 3-4pm to give yourself enough time to park, familiarize yourself with the venue, and find your seat. You are welcome to explore the gardens until the ceremony.
The ceremony begins at 4:30pm.

“Garden cocktail party” is our take on a fun, floral attire that fits Yew Dell’s early-fall ambiance. Think cocktail party with pastel fall colors and floral patterns.
Please don’t wear casual attire (denim, shorts, sneakers, etc.).

No denim please! All other colors (besides white dresses, of course!) are welcomed!

We’ve planned for an outdoor wedding, but in case of rain, the venue has accommodations for an indoor ceremony and dinner. Plan to dress accordingly for outdoor walking (parking, between buildings, etc.), and keep an eye on the weather forecast.

Yes, please silence and put away your phones during the entire ceremony. We will share a digital photo album through our photographer after the wedding.

While we love your children, we’ve chosen to keep our wedding an adults-only affair. We want all our guests (parents included!) to have a relaxing night of dancing and drinks. We appreciate your understanding!

Yes, all amenities (ceremony, restrooms, dining, etc.) are wheelchair accessible. Wheelchairs are not provided by the venue.
There are golf carts that can take you from the parking lot to the ceremony.

Yes! All guests are invited to a Sunday Lunch from 11am-2pm at the Ogle Foundation Woodland Pavilion in Broad Run Park. Please note this is an alcohol-free lunch.
